Jesus Jones, “Real, Real, Real”
Even accepting that these guys had just scored a #2 with the only song most people remember of theirs, it’s kind of hard to believe this song also achieved top five status in America, and not just a whole lot of introductions from Dave Kendall.
I wonder if Animal Collective could steal that opening without anyone noticing.
